When it comes to safety and security, BLK Dating is definitely not the cream of the crop. This dating app has some serious flaws when it comes to keeping its users safe from bots and fake accounts.

If you’re looking for support on BLK Dating, don’t hold your breath. This dating app may be great at connecting people, but when it comes to customer service they are seriously lacking. From my experience trying to get help from them – or even just a response – was like pulling teeth!

I contacted their “support team" multiple times and never got any sort of reply back; not even an automated one that said they had received my message. I tried using the contact form on their website as well as sending emails directly to their address listed there… still nothing! It felt like I was talking into a void with no hope of ever getting an answer out of them which is pretty darn frustrating if you ask me.

To make matters worse, there isn’t really much in terms of FAQs either so users have nowhere else to turn for answers other than hoping someone will eventually respond from the "support team". If this wasn’t bad enough already then add onto that how long it takes before anyone actually responds (if at all). The wait time can easily stretch into days or weeks without any kind of resolution whatsoever which is totally unacceptable in today’s world where everything moves lightning fast online these days – especially when dealing with something related to dating apps since those tend move quickly by nature anyway due its immediate gratification factor associated with finding love/dates etc..
