Are you looking for love? Or maybe just a casual fling? Well, if you’re on the hunt for either one, then LuvFree might be worth checking out! But before signing up – how does it really stack up against other dating sites? Is it safe and secure to use or are there hidden catches that make this site less than desirable when compared to its competitors. Read our review of LuvFree to find out!
Well, if you’re looking for a dating site that won’t cost you an arm and a leg but will also leave you feeling empty-handed in the end, then LuvFree is your ticket. It’s like trying to find love at the bottom of the bargain bin – sure it might be free but there ain’t much worth having! The profiles are sparse and uninspiring; I mean who wants to read about someone’s “favorite movie” being Home Alone? Talk about snoozefest! Plus all their features feel more like ‘features lite’ compared with other sites out there. Bottom line: don’t waste your time or money on this one – unless of course you want to spend hours scrolling through pages upon pages of people who aren’t even active anymore… Yikes!

How we reviewed LuvFree
As an online dating expert, I and my team took a thorough approach to reviewing LuvFree. We tested both the free and paid versions of the site, taking our time sending messages to other users – in total we sent over 200 messages across a period of two weeks.
We also looked into how user-friendly the website was; checking out features such as search filters that help you find people with similar interests or backgrounds as yourself. Additionally, we examined safety protocols like verification systems for new members joining up on LuvFree – making sure they were secure enough so users could trust them when sharing personal information on their profiles.
Finally, we made sure that customer service was available 24/7 should any issues arise during your use of this platform – something not all review sites take into account when doing reviews! All these steps taken together demonstrate our commitment to providing readers with an honest and comprehensive assessment about what it’s really like using LuvFree for online dating purposes.
I recently tried out LuvFree, a dating site that claims to be “totally free” and was disappointed with the user profiles. To start off, all of the profiles are public so anyone can view them without having an account or being logged in – not exactly what I would call private! Plus you can’t set up a custom bio on your profile which is pretty lame.
The location info for each profile isn’t great either; it only shows you how far away someone lives from where they created their account but there’s no indication of distance between users who live in different cities or states (or countries). You also don’t have any way to hide this information if you want some privacy.
As for premium subscriptions, there doesn’t seem to be much benefit other than more storage space for photos and videos – nothing really worth shelling out money over as far as I could tell. Speaking of photos though… while testing out the site I did come across quite a few fake accounts with stock images instead of real ones so watch yourself when messaging people! All-in-all, unless something changes soon then LuvFree ain’t gonna get me lovin’ anytime soon…
Ugh, LuvFree. What a letdown! It’s like they tried to make an online dating site and failed miserably. Sure, it’s free but that doesn’t mean you should settle for second best when it comes to finding love or even just someone interesting to chat with online.
The features on this site are seriously lacking compared to other sites out there – both paid and free ones alike. For starters, the search feature is pretty basic so don’t expect any bells and whistles here; you can only filter by gender (not very helpful if you’re looking for something specific) age range (which isn’t all that precise either), location radius from your zip code…and not much else! You also won’t find any unique features such as personality tests or compatibility quizzes which would be useful in helping people narrow down their options more quickly than scrolling through endless profiles manually one at a time…boringggg!!
Plus I found some of the messaging functions quite confusing too – no way am I going back there again anytime soon! The text box was really small so typing anything longer than a few sentences felt like trying fit ten pounds of potatoes into five pound bag – impossible!! And then once sent my messages seemed get lost in cyberspace somewhere because none of them ever got answered…bummerrrr!!! On top of that if someone did respond back within 24 hours my message disappeared anyway without me being able read what they wrote….what?!? That makes zero sense since who wants have start over every single conversation?? Not me!!!!
All-in-all LuvFree does offer some decent profile customization tools allowing users upload photos videos etc., however these aren’t enough save this sinking ship from its ultimate demise into oblivion sea terrible dating websites never seen nor heard from again……..so yeahhh…..I think we’ll passssss!!!!!
- Free to join and use
- Create a profile and upload photos
- Send messages to other users
- View other user profiles
- Search for potential matches
Ah, LuvFree. The online dating site that promises to bring you the love of your life – for free! But what about their mobile app? Well, unfortunately there isn’t one. It’s a bit of a bummer but it makes sense why they don’t have an app: LuvFree is completely free and creating an app takes money and resources so if they can keep everything running without one then all the better for them (and us!).
That being said, not having an official mobile application doesn’t mean you can’t use this service on-the-go – quite the contrary! All you need to do is open up your browser and type in “Luvfree.com” into its address bar; once done with that just log in as usual or create a new account right away if needed be. Afterward simply navigate through menus until desired content appears before thy eyes – simple as pie!
It might take some getting used to at first since web apps tend lack certain features found within native applications such as push notifications or voice commands but other than those two things pretty much everything else works exactly like it would inside any regular program out there today… which I suppose could make using luvfree somewhat more convenient compared to going through long installation processes etcetera when downloading programs from stores like Google Play Store & Apple App Store etc..
Plus let’s face it – most people nowadays are already accustomed with surfing websites via their phones anyway so transitioning over shouldn’t be too hard… plus no matter how good/bad someone may feel about this situation at least we know our data won’t get sold off by shady companies nor will we ever have ads popping up every five seconds trying desperately sell us something against our will either way…. talk about win/win scenarios eh? 😉
Design & Usability
When it comes to online dating, first impressions are everything. Unfortunately for LuvFree, its design and usability leave a lot to be desired. From the garish colors that make your eyes want to jump out of their sockets, right down to the clunky navigation system – this site is not exactly an aesthetic feast!
The homepage itself isn’t too bad but once you start navigating around things quickly go downhill. The menu bar at the top of each page has been designed with all subtlety of a sledgehammer – bold fonts in bright colours don’t really scream ‘romance’ do they? Even more annoying is how often these menus move around as you navigate from one page to another; if I wanted whack-a-mole I’d head off down my local arcade instead! As far as usability goes there’s nothing particularly special about LuvFree either – basic features like search filters or message notifications require premium membership which means shelling out some extra cash if you want any sort of decent user experience here. It also doesn’t help that many pages seem sluggish when loading up content; sometimes it feels like even scrolling through messages can take forever…it’s enough time for me grab myself a cup tea while waiting!
All in all then this isn’t great news for those looking love on LuvFree – what could have been promising platform ends up feeling rather lacklustre due its poor design choices and subpar performance levels overall. If only they had put half as much effort into making sure users were happy than plastering ads everywhere maybe we wouldn’t be having this conversation now would we?
Ah, LuvFree. The website that promises free dating services but really just wants your money. Let me tell you something – don’t be fooled by the name! Sure, it’s free to sign up and create a profile on this site, but if you want any of the real benefits like messaging other users or seeing who has viewed your profile then you’ll have to pay for a subscription plan.
The prices are not competitive at all compared with other sites in its category; they’re downright expensive! You’d be better off spending those funds elsewhere – trust me when I say there are plenty of fish in the sea (of online dating websites). Plus, paying customers get access to additional features such as advanced search filters and priority customer service support which could make finding someone special much easier than using LuvFree’s limited capabilities without shelling out some cash. So while it may seem like an attractive option because it’s "free," think twice before signing up here – unless having no luck is what floats your boat…
|Free||0||Create a profile, upload photos, send messages, search for other users, receive messages, create favorites list, view profiles of other users, chat online|
|VIP||10$||All features of the free plan plus: unlimited messaging, advanced search options, no ads, priority customer support|
Some alternatives to LuvFree include OkCupid, Match.com, and eHarmony – all of which are popular online dating sites with millions of users worldwide.
- Plenty of Fish
- Best for those who are looking to meet someone special
- Best for singles who want to explore the dating scene
- Best for people seeking a long-term relationship
LuvFree is just another dating site that doesn’t really offer anything special. It’s pretty basic and there isn’t much to it – you just create a profile, search for people, and then message them if they seem like someone you’d be interested in. All-in-all it’s not the best option out there when looking for an online dating experience.
No, LuvFree doesn’t have a mobile app. That’s kind of a bummer since most dating sites do nowadays. It would be really helpful to have one so you can stay connected on the go!
I wouldn’t recommend LuvFree – it’s not worth the time. The user interface is clunky and outdated, and there aren’t many active users on the site. All in all, I’d say give this one a miss!
You can’t contact LuvFree directly, so you’re stuck with their online support which is terrible. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and never got a response. It’s really frustrating when it comes to dating sites like this one!
